The Job History form contains information about when a job was run, and the results.
To view the History for a job:
From the Applications menu, select Job Schedule Management > Scheduling Services. This displays the list of Scheduling Services.
Right-click the appropriate Scheduling Service and select View Jobs. This displays the list of Jobs for Service ID.
Right-click the name of the Job and select View Job History. This opens the History for Job ID form.
At the bottom of the table, select the Start Date range and click Refresh. This displays history for the select date range.

The Job History for Job form displays the following information:
ID
System generated. Unique ID for each job.
Start Date
Date and time the job starts running.
End Date
Date and time the job stops running; end of the scheduling period.
Result Message
Result of a Completed job run.
Error Message
Reason for a Failed job.
Duration
Length of time it took the job to run.
Result
Record of the outcome of the job: Completed or Failed.
User Name
Name of the user.

View the history's details.
View the script used for the job.
