After you save the batch file to your local drive, forward it to the authorizing company. When you have received the authorizing company's response, you are ready to import the response file from your local drive to the E-Pay server to complete the batch accounts receivable management process.
Your response file will come back to you once the authorizing company has initiated the payments for the pending transactions from your customers credit card or ACH accounts. For easy retrieval, save the response file to your local drive, as you did the batch file.
To import the response file:
Right-click in the Batch Files window and select Process Files > the appropriate Import:
Import Authorize.NET Response
Import Adjustments
Import Payments

Import PNC Bank Payments
This displays the Process Files window for the selected process.

To select files to process, click Add File to find the location of the authorizing company's response file on your local drive.

Select the response file and click Open.
Click Process Files. The response file is imported to the system, while progress is displayed.

Once the file has finished processing, the status of the process is displayed.
