This icon is displayed at the top right portion of the page and is used to open the account in the client. This issue has been fixed. |
E-Pay | 85029 | Error on creating recurring E-Pay transactions Timeouts while creating recurring E-Pay transactions for a bill period displayed a generic error message indicating an internal error occurred, and that no transactions were created, when some transactions were created. This has been updated to clearly inform users of the timeout, the number of transactions created, and the number of invoices processed. |
Bulk Data Import | 85072 | Serviceable Addresses import truncating Latitude and Longitude Fixed an issue where the Serviceable Addresses Bulk Data import was replacing any digits beyond two decimal places for latitude and longitude with zeros, regardless of what was in the file import. |

Cotality (CoreLogic) – Address Validation | 85109 | Incorrect tax jurisdiction on Service Addresses Create and Modify Service Addresss requests in the Customer Web Service were ignoring the FIPS code returned from Cotality. These requests were updated to perform a lookup on the FIPS code when the request has a populated Tax FIPS code. If a FIPS code is not provided the process will revert to the original method of performing a lookup based on City, County and Zip. |
AdvancePay | 85113 | Some AdvancePay services not autorenewing with Paymentus This was fixed by an update to the AdvancePay automation job. |
