Support for census and latitude/longitude information on service address validation aids compliance with FCC reporting

You can now store and view census block, census tract and latitude/longitude information on service addresses in Customer Care. This helps you comply with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) reporting requirements, and helps ensure taxes are properly applied based on the service address.

• When using standard (USPS) address validation, this information can be entered manually.

• Providers that use Corelogic (enhanced addresses validation) can choose to have service addresses validated by CoreLogic. In this case, this information will automatically be retrieved and displayed when an address match is made.

Filtering on Locations in Retail Inventory Search

The ability to search retail inventory in the Orders web module was provided by FR 3412 (Web Sales Fulfillment Enhancements) in CostGuard 24.3. There was an issue with the location grid when filtering by locations with special characters in their name (such as an apostrophe or hyphen). These are valid for location titles.

With this feature, the location grid filters by Location ID instead of Location description, which now correctly returns locations with these allowed characters in their name.

Ensure invoice category breakout is evaluated for collections

By default, the collections workbook runs before account posting. This can be an issue if you need to evaluate invoice categories for your collections process, as invoice category breakout is done by account posting.

This AR provides a new setting that lets you have the collections workbook run after account posting is completed. This ensures invoice categories are accounted for. This setting is not accessible to CostGuard users and must be set by an IDI associate on your behalf (by service request).

Metaswitch Add/Update action enhancements to improve update actions

Metaswitch Add/Update Individual Line, Business group Line, and Business Group actions were added to streamline the solution by supporting adds and updates with one action rather than two separate actions. This adaptive request makes enhancements to these actions to improve performance on updates. Price matrix product charge not properly updated when added to an order

Charges on child Price Matrix products in a package were not properly updated in the Orders web module when being added to a transaction. This has been corrected so the correct value loads and saves in the transaction.

Error on modifying customer with foreignaddress

An error would occur when modifying the customer with a foreign address and zipcode with less than 5 digits.

This has been fixed.

Incorrect account code data in EMI usage records

These usage records were showing values that do not represent account codes, causing incorrect reporting in the invoices. This was due to the EMI parser pulling the account code from the incorrect location.

The EMI parser has been updated to successfully produce valid account codes in usage records.

Usage Summary displayed incorrect values for Other and Total Charges

The Wireless Usage Summary report would sometimes show incorrect values for Other Charges and Total Charges. This was due to retrieving some values from multiple places resulting in duplicate records.

This has been updated to retrieve and total correctly preventing unwanted or duplicate records from being returned.

Non-Recurring charges not linking back to features on the invoice

Non-recurring charges would sometimes show on an invoice as not being linked to a feature. This was due to an issue introduced with Paperless Billing charges, where non-recurring charges were marked featureless.

Non-recurring charges have been updated to initialize such that they continue to be linked back to features.

This provides performance improvements related to how Workflow performs certain queries. As an example, some Orders would get stuck in the assembling state affecting the automated process.

Workflow Worklist Bulk Task Edit button disabled under certain circumstances

When using the Bulk Task Edit button (pencil icon) in a Workflow worklist to edit a number of tasks, the button was disabled when Select All was used and Include My Groups was unselected. This was due to how the Select All and Include My Groups functions interoperated.

This has been fixed.

Conditional steps not honoring @[System.CurrentDateTime]

Conditional step evaluations using @[System.CurrentDateTime] were not executing a datetime comparison and were falling back to a string based comparison. This caused conditional steps to not evaluate as expected.

Since the last deployment errors were occurring on attempting to load the application.

Improved error message

The treatement workbook did not provide a meaningful error message when the AccountTypeID or OrderTypeKey parameters were not found when using the AccoundOrder functions.

The error message has been improved. This PR also improves workbook performance.
