From Another Rate Plan

From the Import/Export Rate Details - export window, you can copy rate details from one Rate plan to be pasted into another Rate plan.

1. Select the records you want to copy. (Click a record heading to select a single record.)

2. Click the Copy to Clipboard link.

3. Close the Import/Export window.

4. Close the Rate Details window.

5. Double-click the “copy to” Rate Plan.

6. Right-click in the table and select Import. An empty Import/Export Rate Details window is displayed.

7. Click the Paste from Clipboard link. The table is populated with the selected records from the “copy from” Rate Plan.

8. Select Append to add the changed records to the rate plan (if the Distance Type, Rating Method, and Location are the same as an existing record, you will get an error).

   OR

   Select Overwrite to replace existing records (the RateDetailIDs of the new rate details must be the same as the existing rate details, if they are not, the records are added with new RateDetailIDs).

9. Click Import. The copied records are added to the Rate Details of the “copy to” Rate plan.
