To Edit Distributor information for a specific product:
From the Distributor Tab, double-click the row of the Location / Distributor that you want to change. This displays the Distributors for [product] window, which lists the available Distributors and their values.
Edit Distributor Priority Values
Click Inherit Values from '[name]' to use values from the parent location.
OR
Click Override values to make edits.
To change a Distributor's priority, click its row, then click the up arrow to move it to a higher priority (lower number), or click the down arrow to move it to a lower priority (higher number).
OR
Click the left arrow to display the Move To Priority window.
Enter a priority number and click OK to save your change.
Edit a Product's Distributor Information
Right-click the Distributor's row and select Edit. This displays the Edit Distributor Window.
Change these values as needed:
Cost - The price at which a retail product is bought from the supplier. This field is required.
Lead Time - The number of days that it takes to get a product from a supplier.
Part Number - A unique identifying number of a product.
Click Save to keep your changes.
