To update the programming information:
Right-click the serialized item and select Edit. This displays the Edit Programming Information window.

The following fields are for information only and cannot be changed:
Service Type
The Service Type is the kind of service (such as Wireless or Cellular) of the handset being programmed.
Technology
The Technology is the standard [CDMA/TDMA, Dual Mode (CDMA + SIM), or GSM] being used by the phone.
Shipping Provisioning Type
The Shipping Provisioning Type specifies whether the handset or SIM card is being shipped provisioned (hot) or unprovisioned (cold).
MSL
The MSL is the Master Subsidy Lock, which is a numeric code assigned to the manufacturer and used to protect a handset's programming.
One Time SL
The One Time SL is the code needed to unlock the handset the first time it is programmed.
From this window you can update the following information:
Service Number
The Service Number is the number dialed to reach the handset (MDN).
If the hand set is to be shipped provisioned (hot), you'll need enter the assigned Service Number.
MIN
The MIN is the Mobile Identification Number associated with the Service Number and used by the switch.
Handset ID and its status and, if used by the handset, the SIM Card ID and its status.
SIM Card ID
The SIM Card ID is the manufacturer's serial number on the SIM card. The Status indicates which step the SIM card has reached in the fulfillment process.
Handset ID
The Handset ID is the manufacturer's serial number on the phone. The Status indicates which step the handset has reached in the fulfillment process.
Whether programming is completed or not
programming
The Programming Completed check box indicates provisioning has been completed, if required. It is available only when both the Service Number and MIN have been populated. Once this you have checked this check box, the Service Number and MIN fields are no longer available for editing, and the Packing Completed check box can be checked.

The Packing Completed check box indicates provisioning has been completed, if required, and the item has been placed in the shipping container. It is available only after the Programming Completed check box has been checked.
Make the appropriate changes.
Click OK to save your changes.
