In Administration Console, you must enter the E911 Company ID and E911 Company Name to associate service numbers with your company in the ALI database.
To access E911 Configuration, in Administration Console, select Business Rules > Local Services > BackgroundProcesses > server > E911 Configuration. This displays the E911 Configuration window.
The E911 Configuration window contains the following information.
E911 Company ID
The identifier your company received from NENA (National Emergency Number Association). This ID is used in the E911 files.
E911 Company Name
The name your company is registered as in the NENA database. This name is used in the header and trailer records of the E911 files.
Enter your company's E911 Company ID.
Enter your company's name as it appears in the NENA registry.
Click Save to include your company's information in the E911 files.
