Dates and times are associated to a wide range of events including payment/adjustment transactions and many other items in the IDI Desktop Client. In nearly all instances, dates and times are converted from server (eastern) time where the events are processed, and shown in the Client local time where they are being viewed.
Note
An exception to this rule is for posted and transaction date/time for payments as listed on the Account Balances tab. In this case server dates/times are not converted to local time and instead are shown in eastern time as they are processed on the server. Adjustments listed on the Balances tab follow the general rule and their dates/times are converted to local time.
