From the Service Address Search Results window, you can view all customers currently associated with a particular service address. To do this:
Perform a Service Address Search to retrieve the desired service address (see Service Address Search for more information).
Within the Service Address Search Results window, right-click on the desired service address and select View Customers. This displays the Customers Associated to Service Address window which lists all customers that have services linked to the selected service address.
Note
If a customer has more than one service linked to a service address, that customer is listed multiple times in the Customers Associated to Service Address window (one row/service).
The Customers Associated to Service Address form provides the following information:
Account Number
Customer's account number.
Customer Name
Customer's name.
Account Status
Status of the customer's account (Active, Disconnected, Suspended, etc.).
Disconnect Date
If the service that is linked to the selected service address is disconnected, this field contains the date the service was disconnected.
Disconnect Reason
If the service that is linked to the selected service address is disconnected, this field contains the reason the service was disconnected.
From the Customers Associated to Service Address window, you can view the account information for a specific customer. This is accomplished by either double-clicking on the desired customer or right-clicking on the desired customer and selecting View Customer. The Customer # window for the selected customer is displayed.
