The Reports menu provides access to these reports:

Customer Usage History filtered by Customer ID

Customer Usage History Export filtered by Customer ID

Customer Profile filtered by Customer ID

Tax Audit Log Customers filtered by Customer ID
Note
The Customer Usage History Export filtered by Customer ID report displays a report with the same parameters as the Customer Usage History filtered by Customer ID report, but displays a data table instead of a standard report. In addition, you can export the report to a CSV (comma-delimited) file.
These reports are for all services belonging to a customer, including active and inactive. You may specify whether to report on the last three billing periods or the last six.
