Creating all equipment change orders

To create all the orders associated with a change sheet at the same time:

1. On the Bulk Equipment Inventory Change Sheets window, right-click on the change sheet and select Create Orders. This displays a confirmation message.

2. Click Yes to create orders for all pending change sheet details. If successful, the change sheet details' statuses are changed to Order Submitted, and the Order ID and Order Type are added to the list. If a problem occurred during order creation, the change sheet detail status changes to Order Failed Submission.

   Note:

   Change sheet details must have a status of Pending to use this method to create orders.
