Contract Term Details

Minimum Guarantee and Maximum Guarantee are the only Term Types that can have associated Contract Term Details.

Contract Term Details specify which products or type of usage can contribute to the fulfillment of the associated Contract Term.

1. To set up the Contract Term Details from the New Contract Term window, click View Contract Term Details.

   

   The Contract Term Details window provides the following information.

   Product Types
   SKU	Unique identification number for a product. (Product, Packages, and Pricing Plans are included in this list.)
   Description	Name of the product.
   	Adds products to the list. Available only if Inclusive or Exclusive is selected. See "Products” and “Usage Types” later in this section.
   	Select products in the details list, using the Ctrl key or the Shift key to select more than one. Click the Remove button to delete the selected products from the list.
   Inclusion Options
   All	All products are counted toward fulfilling the contract. Note If the "Handle All" option is selected for the Product Types, the product Term Details list is empty.
   Inclusive	Only products specifically selected are counted toward fulfilling the contract. Note Applies to Product Types "Handle only listed types".
   Exclusive	All products except those selected are counted toward fulfilling the contract. Note Applies to Product Types "Exclude listed types".
   None	No products are counted toward fulfilling the contract. Note Applies to Product Types "Excludes all".
   Usage Types Tab
   Usage Type ID	The unique Usage Type identifier.
   Description	The name of the usage type.
   	Adds usage types to the list. Available only if Inclusive or Exclusive is selected.
   	Select usage types in the details list using the Ctrl key or the Shift key to select more than one. Click the Remove button to delete the selected usage types from the list.
   Inclusion Options
   All	All usage is counted toward fulfilling the contract. Note If the "Handle All" option is selected for the Usage Type, the usage type Term Details list is empty.
   Inclusive	Only usage of the type specifically selected is counted toward fulfilling the contract. Note Applies to Usage Type "Handle only listed types".
   Exclusive	All usage except usage of the type selected is counted toward fulfilling the contract. Note Applies to Usage Type "Exclude listed types".
   None	No usage is counted toward fulfilling the contract. Note Applies to Usage Type "Excludes all".
