Configuring CPNI Settings - Notifications Tab

Prev Next

To configure CPNI Notification settings:

  • Go to Applications > CPNI > CPNI Configuration Settings and click the Notifications tab.

    UG template for Help

  • Complete the fields in the PIN and Account Change panes.

PIN Notifications

In this area of the Notifications tab, you can configure the rank and delivery type for notifying a customer of a PIN change. Rank indicates the priority of the delivery type. A delivery type with a rank of 1 means that this delivery type will be used first to send a notification. Should the delivery type be invalid, then the system goes to the next ranked delivery type. So, if e-mail is ranked #1, and there is no e-mail address on the account (and Letter is ranked #2), then the notification will default to postal mail.
