CPNI data configuration is performed in the CPNI Configuration Settings window, which is accessed from the Applications menu: Applications > CPNI > CPNI Configuration Settings.
On the CPNI Data Tab you establish:

Which account types must have CPNI data captured
On the CPNI Notifications Tab you establish:

Delivery Types

Ranks
-
Thresholds, and

To and From address information for sending PINs and account change notifications.
