Clearing Records from Pending Purge

You can remove records from the UnbillableWriteoff table so that they are not deleted from the system during the next scheduled purge operation.

You can clear (unmark) records from pending purge two ways:

• From the Unbillable Usage Records window, you can select records to be unmarked.

• By selecting BackOffice Management > Usage Management > Clear Pending Purge Records from the Applications menu, you can unmark all pending purge records in the UnbillableWriteoff table.
