The Cancel Reservation menu item is only enabled if the service number’s inventory status is Reserved.
To cancel a service number reservation:
From the Service Number Search Results window, right-click on the service number and select Cancel Reservation. This displays the following confirmation window.
Click Yes to close the confirmation window and cancel the service number reservation. The service number's Inventory Status is changed to Available.
