Bundled Promotion Eligibility

The Bundled Promotion Eligibility window lets you specify the total number of items required and which items are to be counted toward the promotion.. You can choose to include all products within a Catalog Group, all products within a Catalog Category, specific Catalog Items, specific Starting Codes, or a combination of these.

1. Specify the Total Required Quantity of items that must be purchased for the promotion.

2. In the New Items section, specify the items to be discounted and the quantity of each item that must be purchased.

   • Catalog Item - Lets you specify individual catalog items. For more information on finding items, see Find Product, Find Product.

   • Catalog Group - Lets you choose specific catalog groups.

     Selecting Catalog Group from the Type list lets you choose a specific catalog group to be included in the promotion and displays the following fields.

     • Catalog Group - The Catalog Group is a grouping of catalog items. Select one from the list.

     • Required Quantity - The Required Quantity is the number of the specific Catalog Group that must be part of the order to receive the promotion.

     Find Starting Code - For information on finding Starting Codes, see Guided Assignment Flow

     Starting Code - The Starting Code is one selected for inclusion in the promotion using Find Stating Codes.

     Required Quantity - The Required Quantity for Starting Codes can only be 0 or 1. When evaluating a promotion, the system does not count the number of Starting Codes in the order. It just determines whether a Starting Code is present or not.

3. Click Add to add your selection to the list.

4. Continue adding items or groups as necessary.

5. Click Next.
