You can perform the following bulk operations on all customer accounts that are currently displayed in the Collections Search Results window.
To perform a bulk operation, right-click anywhere in the Collections Search Results window and select Bulk Operations and the function you want to perform.

Since these bulk operations are applied to every account that is displayed in the Collections Search Results window at the time of the bulk request, it is important to filter out any accounts that you do NOT want to be included in the bulk operation.
