In order to load usage and generate outcollects for a Roaming Partner, you must assign Pricing Plans to the partner or to the roaming agreement specifications.
To assign a pricing plan to a roaming partner:
From the Applications menu, select Customer Management > Special Customers > Roaming Partners. This displays the Roaming Partners window.
Right-click the Roaming Partner and select View. This displays the Roaming Partner account.
Click the Services tab. The roaming agreements are displayed in the services list.
Add a Pricing Plan as a feature at either the partner level or roaming agreement level. (This can be done from either the Services Tab or the Features Tab.) Refer to the Catalog Items section for additional information.
