To view Adjustments:
From the Applications menu, select Accounts Receivable Management > Adjustment Search. The Adjustment Search window is displayed.

Enter the search criteria and click Search. This displays the Adjustments search results window.

The Adjustments window contains the following information.



A red “x” indicates a refused payment.
A yellow check mark indicates an adjustment that has been blocked, disputed, or is on hold.
A green check mark indicates an adjustment that has not been blocked, disputed, or put on hold.



Indicates an unposted adjustment.
Indicates a billed adjustment.
Indicates a posted adjustment.Account #
The unique identifier of the customer account.
Amount
The dollar value of the adjustment that has been entered against the customer account.
Adjustment Type
The identifier of the form of adjustment made.
Description
The text explanation of the adjustment.
Adjustment Date
The user entered date of when the adjustment was entered into the system.
Apply Invoice Number
The invoice number that the adjustment is associated with, if applicable.
Dispute ID
System-generated ID that uniquely identifies the dispute.
Check Number
The number of the check for the adjustment, if applicable.
If the adjustment has been posted, this is a read-only field. If the adjustment has not been posted, you may edit this field.
Batch Number
The number assigned to files to track adjustments.
Last Modified
The date when the adjustment was entered into the system.
User Name
The login name of the user who entered the adjustment.
