A credit card can be added to the customer’s account information if they would like their payments to be charged to a credit card. Your permission profile must have edit permissions enabled in order to add a new credit card account.
Note
IDI does not replicate credit card information when replicating a database to your customer site.
To add a new credit card account:
On the customer's E-Pay Accounts window, right-click select New > Credit Account. This displays the New Credit Account window.
