To add a new bank (ACH) account from the E-Pay Accounts page:
Click
. Select Bank in the Account Type window.

Enter the bank account information in the Create Bank Account form.

Account Information
Bank account type (required) | Account type, checking or savings.

ACHLOA On File | Check if the ACHLOA (letter of authorization, required for recurring accounts) is on file.
The Is Recurring check box is also enabled. If this checkbox is left uncheck, Is Recurring cannot be selected. |
Account Number | Enter the saving or checking account number. |
Account Number (confirm) | Re-enter the saving or checking account number. |
ABA Routing Number | Enter the nine digit banking routing number.

Bank Name | Enter the name of the bank. If a match is found, the field is populated with the name of the bank. |
Start Date | Enter the date that the account should no longer be active on this account. |
End Date | If applicable, enter an end date when this account should no longer be active. |
Is Recurring? | Check this box if this account is recurring.
If checked, the Recurring Start Date and Recurring End Date fields are displayed. Recurring Start Date is required. Recurring End Date is optional. |
Recurring Start Date | Enter the recurring start date.

Recurring End Date - displayed only if Is Recurring has been checked. | Enter the recurring end date, if applicable.
If the Recurring End Date is past the E-Pay account end date, then the Recurring End Date is set to match the account end date when saved. |
Driver License Number | Enter the account holder's driver's license number. |
Driver License State | Enter the account holder's driver's license state. |
Authorization Type | Select the authorization type from the drop down list.

Contact information | Click the plus sign to add a new contact, or click the search icon to locate an existing one. The contact information is displayed. |
Click Save.
If you attempt to leave the page without saving the changes, a confirmation message is displayed.

More on NACHA scripts
The Phone Consent Script dialog is displayed under Authorization Type when the following conditions are set:
AdminConsole > Business Rules > Local Services > CostGuardService > Customer Management > E-pay > NACHA Compliace > Show Bank Account Phone Authorization Scripts is set to true and Bypass Authorization Script for Recurring Bank Account Creation is set to false
Authorization Type is set to = Customer is on the Phone
When the Phone Consent dialog is displayed you cannot save the new account until you verify the customer agreed to the scripted statement.
The dialog displays the script configured in the NACHA Recurring Bank Account Creation Customer Service Script. The script templates for Desktop Client E-Pay forms are located in the Customer Notifications module.
