Viewing Refills

Multiple refill packages/products are displayed in a single line item for the purpose of invoicing and viewing on the Service tab.

The customer’s feature view would look like this:

Each time the account is rerated, the 2 GB base discount recreates a 2 GB grant

Each time the account is rerated, the 1 GB refill discount recreates a 2 GB grant

When multiple refill packages are applied to a single service during a single billing period, they are aggregated for presentation in customer management and on the invoice:

• The refill package line item features a quantity equal to the number of refill (or supplementary) packages added to the specified service during the bill period.

• The refill package line item features a charge equal to the total of all refill packages added to the specified service during the bill period.
