The Usage File Provision table is used to maintain the provisioning company/file format link. This lets the system include the Provisioning Company with each usage record. To set up and maintain this table:
Under Data Management double-click Usage File Provision. This displays the Usage File Provision window.
The Usage File Provision window contains the following information.
Usage File Provision ID
System-generated identifier that uniquely identifies the Usage File Provision.
File Format
Three-character designation for the front end.
RAO Code
Revenue Accounting Office. This is for all EMI file formats.
Provisioning Company
Company that provides service to your customers.
The shortcut menus for the upper and lower panes let you add, edit and delete usage file provision specifications. See Working With Data Management Tables.
