This table defines the abbreviation and full name for each state (as well as Canadian provinces, and other regions in the NANP where your company may provide service). Pseudo states may also be created to represent geographical areas for use with a price matrix.

To view and add States:
From the Applications menu select BackOffice Management > NPA NXX Management > State Table. This displays the States table.

From the shortcut menu, you can add, edit, and delete States.
To add or edit a state:
Right-click a row and select New to add a state, or select Edit to edit a state. This displays the Add State or Edit State window.

Enter the State (abbreviation) and (full) Name.
Note
If you are configuring a price matrix and a zone will not be associated with a state, you can add "NA" and "Not Applicable" or a region, such as "NE" for "Northeast."
Click OK.
To delete a row:
Right-click a row and select Delete. A confirmation box is displayed
Click Yes. The entry is removed from the table.
