The Spending Limit is customer's current spending limit.
The Percent of Limit is the sum of the customer's billed and unbilled amount divided by the customer's spending limit and then multiplied by 100. ((Billed + Unbilled) / Spending Limit) * 100.
For example, 95.00 in this field would mean the customer’s total balance is 95% of the spending limit.
The Total (With Usage) amount includes the customer's total balance due and unbilled usage.
The Total Balance Due amount includes the customer's billed balance and any posted payments or adjustments that have not yet been invoiced.
Unbilled Usage - The Unbilled Usage amount includes the customer's unbilled usage overage as of the last re-rate/incremental discounting run.
From the Spending Limits Search Results window, you can right-click a customer and select View to display the customer window.
