A spending limit may be placed on an account based on the customer’s credit score and/or payment history. If this spending limit is exceeded due to billing, new orders, etc., special action will be taken on the account. The spending limit for each account is maintained in the IDI platform.
The Spending Limit Detail tab displays the current status of the customer's spending limit. It also displays a list of all the customers spending limit statuses and the date the status was applied.

Spending Limit Information
Total Balance (Including Unbilled) - The Total Balance (Including Unbilled) shows the total balance including billed charges, unbilled posted payment and adjustments, and unbilled usage. The unbilled usage is calculated based on the last re-rate/incremental of the customer.
Spending Limit - The Spending Limit is the customer's current limit.
Current % of Limit - The Current % of Limit is the Total Balance divided by the Spending Limit and then multiplied by 100 (Total Balance / Spending Limit) * 100.
Current Spending Limit Status - The Current Spending Limit Status is as of the last run of the spending limits job.
Last Modified - Last Modified is the most recent date and time the spending limit status was modified.
Spending Limit history
Spending Limit Status - The Spending Limit Status is the spending limit status at the time of the change. The top-most entry is the current spending limit status.
Change Date - The Change Date is the date and time its associated status went into effect.
