The Product Catalog window contains an Action button at the bottom left that lets you perform various searches.

To perform a Product Search:
Select Product Catalog Search to display the Product Catalog Search window.
Enter information into the desired fields.
SKU
A unique ID for a product. If you know the SKU for a specific product, package, discount, service, or pricing plan, enter it to display just that item.
Description
If you know the words or phrase describing the product, enter them here. (Wildcards may be used.)
USOC
To look for items containing a Universal Service Order Code, enter that USOC. (Wildcards may be used.)
Class of Service
To search for products by Class of Service, select from the drop-down list
Alias
Provides a way of linking products to products in another system. If you are looking for items that contain a specific Alias, enter the desired Alias. (Wildcards may be used.)
Catalog Group
If you are looking for a product that is in a catalog group, select from the drop-down list.
Enter the desired search criteria and click Search.
The Product Search Results window is displayed, listing all products that match the specified search criteria.

Right-click a row and select View/Edit to view or modify the product details for the selected product.
Notes:
If you modify a product, the Product Search Results window remains open, so you can edit multiple products.
If you right-click a Service, the menu options are: filter, Go to Product Catalog, Edit, Remove, View Assigned Instances, Catalog Groups, Local Lookup, and Copy. If you right-click on a Service, you can do all of the previous mentioned tasks, in addition to viewing Sub-Service Rules and Work Plans.
A search for a POS Product Catalog Search can be done from the Make Sale or Quick Sale window, using the Find Catalog Item search field.
