This Revenue Account Office table defines billing information for Point To Point (local calling area) rating. To set up and maintain this table:
This table is used by the system to reclassify 100101 call types, from Domestic 1+, to Local. If the appropriate RAO code is missing, the Local Calling Area records will be treated as Domestic 1+.
Under Data Management double-click RAOs. This displays the Revenue Accounting Office (RAO)s window.
The RAOs window contains the following information.
RAO ID
(read only)System-generated identifier that uniquely identifies the RAO type.
RAO Code
Unique three character, alphanumeric string that identifies the RAO.
Description
Description of the RAO type.
