Processing Options tell the system whether to check for duplicate sequence numbers and how often to check for new or expired roaming agreements. Settings saved to the processing options take effect immediately.
To access the Processing Options:

In Configuration Console, click the appropriate Environment and select Local Services > ClearingHouse > servername_ClearingHouseService.

From the list of objects under the Clearinghouse Service, double-click Processing Options. This displays the Processing Options window.
The Processing Options window displays the following information:
Validate Old Sequence Numbers
If selected, processing fails for batches that have duplicate batch sequence numbers within the last year. A failure results in an error file and the file is not processed.
Default: Cleared (off)
Agreement Refresh (Hours)
The Clearinghouse service contains an internal copy of the current roaming agreements. You can determine how often to refresh that internal list. Enter how often you want this list refreshed in hours.
Default = 0. If set to zero (0), the list is refreshed each time a file is processed.
