The Location tab defines the address of the problem being reported.
To enter Location information:
Click the Location tab on the New Trouble Ticket window.

The Location tab contains the following columns.
Service Number
Service number associated with the address.
Note
Global and Stand Alone trouble tickets are not associated with a specific customer, therefore, Service Number is not applicable for these types of trouble tickets.
Address
Address associated with the trouble.
Service Type
Service type associated with the address.
Note
Global and Stand Alone trouble tickets are not associated with a specific customer, therefore, Service Type is not applicable for these types of trouble tickets.
Address Type
Type of address associated with the trouble ticket. "Service Address" is displayed unless the address is a contact. If so, the contact type is displayed.

Global and Stand Alone trouble tickets Address Type is Service Contact.
Service Status
Lists the status of the service (Active or Inactive), if applicable.
Right-click in the window and click Select. This displays the Trouble Location List.

The Trouble Location List displays all contact and service addresses associated with the customer.
Check all of the addresses to be included in the trouble ticket.
Click Save to add the addresses to the trouble ticket. The Location tab displays all addresses you selected.
