To view a session history:
Enter the User Name to search for.
Select a date range by selecting the check boxes and dates from the drop-down lists in both the From and To fields.
Click Search. This displays a list of all sessions for the specified user and date range.
ID
System-assigned number of the session
User Name
Name of the user who initiated the session
Application
Name of the application accessed
Status
Valid = user is currently logged in
Logged Out = user closed the session
Expired = system timed out
Started
Date and time the session was started
Closed
Date and time that user either logged out or the system timed out
Refresh Count
The number of windows the user has viewed since logging into the system
Last Refresh
The time the current window was accessed
