Global Dialed Digits Numbers

The Global Dialed Digits Numbers table lists all phone numbers associated with the Grant Discount Associative type "Global Exact Dialed Digits." Generally, this means that when subscribers call one of the listed numbers, that call is free.

To access the list of Global Dialed Digits Numbers:

Under the Applications menu, select Product Management > Global Dialed Digits.

GlobalDialedDigitsNumbersTable

Global Dialed Digits Number	Exact phone number that can be called without a charge. Must be a 10-digit number within the NANP.
Start Date	First date the number can be called without a charge.
End Date	Date the number can no longer be called without a charge.

From this window you can

Add numbers

To add a Global Dialed Digit to the table:

Under the Applications menu, select Product Management > Global Dialed Digits.
Right-click in the table and select New. This opens the Add Global Dialed Digits Number window.

Enter the 10-digit number.
Enter or select the Start Date.
Enter or select the End Date. This date must be after the Start Date.
Click Save.

Edit numbers

To change a row in the Global Dialed Digits Numbers table:

Under the Applications menu, select Product Management > Global Dialed Digits.
Right-click a row and make the necessary changes.

Click Save.

Delete numbers

To remove a Global Dialed Digit Number from the table:

Under the Applications menu, select Product Management > Global Dialed Digits.
Right-click the number to be removed, and select Delete. A configuration box is displayed.
Click Yes to delete the number.

Upload numbers from a file

You can add multiple Global Dialed Digits Numbers from a comma-delimited file with an extension of .txt or .csv.

Use the following format for the file:

PhoneNumber,EffectiveDate,ExpirationDate

where

PhoneNumber is a 10-digit number with no spaces or other delimiters.
EffectiveDate is in the format YYYYMMDD
ExpirationDate is in the format YYYYMMDD
To upload the file:

Under the Applications menu, select Product Management > Global Dialed Digits.
Click Upload. This opens a confirmation box. The information in the file clears existing entries in the table and adds the values from the file.
Click Yes to overwrite the entire table. This opens the Global Dialed Digits Number Upload window.

Click the ellipsis button to browse the the file's location.
Click Upload.
Notes:
- If any field cannot be validated, the existing entries in the Global Dialed Digits Numbers table are NOT cleared and new data is NOT uploaded. An alert describing the invalid field is displayed so you can fix the error.
- The file being uploaded replaces ALL the original values in the table.
