The Reward Point Conversion Factor specifies how many points are needed to equal $0.01 in redeemed value.
This rate is set up once and should not be modified once reward points are issued.
To set the Reward Point Conversion Factor:
Open the Product Catalog.
Click the Reward Point Conversion Rate button.
This opens the Reward Points Conversion Factor dialog.
Enter the number of points One cent is worth.
Note
Partial points are not supported.
Click Save.
