You can search for directory listings for services and customers associated with a directory listing product.
To search directory listings:

From the Applications menu, select Customer Management > Directory Listing Search. This displays the Directory Listings window.

Enter the search criteria.

Click Search. This displays the Directory Listings window.
The following options are available from the Directory Listings shortcut menu.

View Customer - Opens the customer record.

Show Unmasked Listing Number - If the listing is unpublished, this option opens a window displaying the Customer Account Number, Customer Name, and Listing Number.
