    Unlimited Discount Boundary

    Suppress Usage Types

For the xml reports listed below, this field lets you suppress (not display) details for usage types that do not have any associated usage charges. To do this, enter the applicable Usage Type IDs separated by commas. You can obtain the Usage Type IDs from the ID column in the Usage Types table in the Admin Console > Data Management.

    Wireless Reports:

    • Wireless Usage Detail

    • Wireless Data Detail

    • Wireless Home Usage Detail

    • Wireless Roaming Usage Detail

      Note

A Wireless Call Detail Record can have multiple instances when multiple usage types occur in the same call (for example, airtime and toll). These instances are consolidated into one row in the xml report. In order for a multiple-instance record to be suppressed, all applicable usage types must be listed in this field.

      Wireline Reports:

    • Usage Detail

    • Account Code Usage Detail

    • Department Usage Detail

    Pad leading zeros to barcode

Check to enable. Defaults to unchecked (disabled).

Suppress Service Types from Detailed New Charges

This lets you set up an invoice format and assign it to customers where certain service types (for example Toll Free service types 1002 and1010) are only presented in a summary report and not displayed with all of the current detail. This can help reduce the number of pages in customers’ invoices.

Service types to omit are specified by entering a comma-separated list of service type IDs to omit from the Detailed New Charges Recurring and Detailed New Charges Non-Recurring sections of the base invoice XML.
