To add a Grant discount:
Click Applications > Product Management > Product Catalog. This displays the Product Catalog window.
Right-click on a folder and select New > Discount. This displays the New Discount window.
Select Grant Discount from the Registry Description list.
Complete the remaining fields on this window as required.
Click Save to save the changes.
Note
If you want this Grant discount to be associative, select Favorite Exact Dialed Digits from the Associative Type list, otherwise select None (default).
Configuring a Grant Discount
Discounts must be configured BEFORE they can be assigned to an account or service. This is accomplished using the Shared Unit Discount Wizard.
Note
To determine whether or not a discount has been configured, right-click and select View Configuration. If the discount has not been configured, a message is displayed.
