Working with Distance Type Overrides

General Ledger Distance Override lets you split money from a Usage Type into different GL accounts.

To access, from the Application menu select Backoffice Management > General Ledger > Accounts > Distance Type Overrides. From this form you can: Add/Edit/Delete a Distance Override Type.

To add or edit a distance override:

Right-click on a subcategory and click the Edit... button.

Or

Click Add to add a distance override type.

To delete a distance override, rt-click on an override and click Delete.
