To access Work Plan Configuration select Business Rules > Local Services > WorkPlansService > server > Configuration.

The Work Plan Configuration dialog box contains the following information.
Task Processing Threads
The size of the thread pool in the Task Processing subsystem, i.e., how many tasks can be processed simultaneously.
Poll Interval (mins.)
After checking for and processing timed-out tasks, this is the number of minutes the engine will wait before repeating the process.
Engine Username
This value configures the engine to run as a specific user when executing Task Plans or InfoScript. IDI recommends that the engine have its own user name. This user name should not be assigned to tasks to avoid attributing the actions of the engine to any human user.
Note
This user name must be created in Security > Users before it can be entered here.
Engine Password
The password associated with the Engine Username.
Skip Off Business Hours
Checked: Only the number of hours during standard business hours are used to calculate the Due Date of the Task.
The following hours are not used to calculate the Due Date:

Monday 5:00 pm to Tuesday 8:00 am

Tuesday 5:00 pm to Wednesday 8:00 am

Wednesday 5:00 pm to Thursday 8:00 am

Thursday 5:00 pm to Friday 8:00 am

Friday 5:00 pm to Monday 8:00 am
Unchecked: Only weekday hours are used to calculate the Due Date of the Task. Weekend hours are not used.
