With the appropriate permissions, you can void a pending temporary tender transaction. Orders that have records in the temporary table with any status other than Reconciled will be ignored by the Auto Reconcile Transactions job. If you need these orders to be reconciled, any tender records that are not reconciled must be voided.
To void a Pending tender transaction:
From the Tender Verification Search Results window, right-click the tender and select Void. A confirmation message is displayed.
Click OK.
The status of the temporary transaction is changed to Void.
