Invoices may be viewed in .PDF, .DOC or .XML format, if applicable, but cannot be changed.
Note
The View invoice format field is only displayed if configured in Config Console (pdf, xml and doc formats are each configured separately). See Config Console for additional information.
To view the invoice in a different format, select PDF, XML, or DOC from the drop-down list located in the top right-hand corner and click Go.
Note
Adobe Reader software is required to view a .pdf file.
The appropriate format is displayed, if applicable.
