Viewing Journal Entries, Follow-Ups, and Trouble Tickets

Journal entries, follow-ups, and trouble tickets can be viewed for each order:
Right-click on the desired order and select View Journals. This displays the Journals for Order window. See Viewing Journal Entries, Follow-Ups, and Trouble Tickets in the Orders section of this chapter.
