The View Assigned Instances window displays a list of customers who have a particular item assigned to them in the Product Catalog. To view instances:

To view Assigned Instances you must have permission.
Right-click the desired product, discount, service, pricing plan, or package and select View Assigned Instances. The View Assigned Instances window is displayed.

If you select a sub-product or sub-package to view the assigned instances, the displayed results are a list of those customers who have the selected root package assigned to them.
Check the Show Only Active Instances check box if you want to filter the list to display only those assigned items that are currently active.
Notes:
If a customer has a product that is assigned more than once, each record appears in the list instead of displaying one record with a quantity greater than one. This is so the start and end dates for each product can be displayed.
Only assigned instances that are allowed by a user's User Limit-To profile will be shown in the results.
