Viewing a Customer's Directory Listing

You can view all directory listings associated with a customer in one window, or each directory listing individually.

• To view all directory listings associated with a customer:

  • Open the customer's account.

  • From the customer's View menu, select View Directory Listings.

  This window displays all configured directory listings and includes directory listings assigned at the customer level and at the service level.

  Note

  You can export the information from this window via Record Status Bar and Record Export .

• To view a directory listing assigned at the customer level:

  • Open the customer's account.

  • Click the Features tab.

  • Right-click the directory listing feature and select View > Directory Listing.

• To view a directory listing assigned at the customer level:

  • Open the customer's account.

  • Click the Services tab.

  • Right-click the directory listing assigned to the service and select View > Directory Listing.

    The Directory Listings window includes the following information (depending on the method).

    Account Number	Customer's account number as assigned when the account was created.
    Customer Name	Customer's name as entered when the account was created.
    Service Number	Phone number, if the directory listing product is assigned to a Service. If it is assigned at the account level, this field is blank..
    Service Description	Type of service from Product Catalog if the directory listing product is assigned to a Service. If it is assigned at the account level, this field is blank..
    SKU	Unique ID of the directory listing product.
    SKU Description	The description from Product Catalog.
    Start Date	Date the directory listing product was assigned.
    End Date	Date the directory listing product was disconnected.
    Status	This is a derived value and displays "Active" if the directory listing product's End Date is NULL or greater than the current date. Otherwise, "Inactive" is displayed. Note Status is not dependent on Start Date.
    Listing Name	Name entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Listing Number	If Listing Type is set to Non-published, then ten asterisks ("**********") are displayed instead of the Listing Number. Otherwise, the Listing Number is displayed.
    Listing Type	Type of listing. System-defined Listing Types: Published, Non-published.
    Listing Activity Indicator	Indicator selected when the directory listing was assigned.
    Type of Account	Account type selected selected when the directory listing was assigned.
    Record Type	Record type selected when the directory listing was assigned.
    Alpha Listing Identifier Code	Code entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Standard Industry Classification	Classification entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Dual Names in Listing	Indicates whether dual names are included in the listing (True) or not (False).
    Listing Name Placement	Name placement selected when the directory listing was assigned.
    Position of Listing	Position entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Non Standard Number	Number entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Designation	Designation entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Omit Address From Listing	Indicates whether the address is omitted from the listing (True) or is included in the listing (False).
    Listing Address	All of the Listing Address fields, with each field separated by a space.
    Style Code	Code selected when the directory listing was assigned.
    Header Telephone Number	Number entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Degree of Indent	Degree entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Level of Indent	Level entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Yellow Page Heading Code	Code entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Designer Listing	Designer Listing selected when the directory listing was assigned.
    Omit from Direct Mail List	Whether this listing is omitted from the direct mail list (True) or included in the list (False).
    TDD Indicator	TDD indicator selected when the directory listing was assigned.
    Placement Override	Placement override selected when the directory listing was assigned.
    Directory Name	Foreign/secondary listing directory name entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Directory Subsection	Foreign/secondary listing subsection entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Listing Text Type	Text type selected when the directory listing was assigned.
    Line of Text	Test entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Line of Text Reference Number	Reference number entered when the directory listing was assigned.
    Hide Non-published Numbers	Selected: Numbers with a Listing Type of Non-published are not displayed. Cleared: Numbers with a Listing Type of Non-published are displayed.

  The following shortcut menu options are available from this window:

  View Directory Listing	Opens the directory listing (See Viewing a Customer-level Listing or Viewing a Service-Level Listing.)
  Delete Directory Listing	After a confirmation message, removes the listing information from the product. Note The directory listing product is still assigned to the customer/service, but the listing information is removed. You can configure the listing information in the product, if necessary.
  Show Unmasked Listing Number	Displays the Customer Account Number, the Customer Name, and the Listing Number if it is populated for the customer/service.
