Skim Cash - to remove cash when the amount rises above the register policy .
Skim Alert Level
This lets you set a limit on the maximum amount of cash to maintain in the register. By setting this limit, the No Sale window will open with the transaction type set to Skim Cash at the start of any transaction when the cash amount rises above the limit. The sales person may choose to complete the Skim Cash transaction immediately, or postpone until later and continue with the other transaction.
To set no limit, leave this field undefined.
To set a limit, enter the maximum amount in the corresponding field.
Petty Cash - to remove a small amount of cash to pay an expense.
Open Drawer - to open the drawer without adding or removing cash.
The Add Cash and Skim Cash transactions may be automatically triggered by the Register Policy, or they may be performed on demand as needed.
