Status Definitions

Assigned (In-Use)

Equipment is assigned to a Location and is activated.

Available

Equipment is not currently in use, but can be reserved and then assigned.

Left-In

The Location is no longer in use by a customer, but the equipment has been left in place for the next customer.

Not Available

Equipment not in use and can’t be reserved or assigned.

Retired

Equipment is no longer available in the inventory, but is retained in inventory for historical purposes.
