From the Retail Items tab, you can change the status of the serialized retail item to Submitted, Picked or Packed. The status you can select is dependent upon the retail item's current status.
If the current status is Submitted, you cannot change the status.
If the current status is Picked, you can change the status to Submitted. If the serialized item is to be shipped Unprovisioned (Cold), you can also change the status to Packed.
To change the status of a serialized item:
Right-click a serialized item and select Set Status To. This displays the three statuses in a sub-menu.
Select the appropriate status. The status changes for that serialized item.
