The Selected Usage Types page specifies which usage types contribute to the discount. For example, if you add only the Domestic 1+ usage type to the Selected column, only domestic toll calls will be totaled and discounted.
Click All to include all usage types.
OR
Click Inclusive and New to display a list of usage types (Discount Factors). Select those to be included and click Apply.
OR
Click Exclusive and New to display a list of usage types (Discount Factors). Select those to be excluded and click Apply.
OR
Add the Usage Type ID or Name in the two fields at the bottom of the window and press [Enter] or click New.
OR
Enter multiple Usage Type IDs separated by a comma (,) and press [Enter] or click New.
Notes:
Minutes-based discounts do not include any occurrence-based usage types. Occurrence-based calls are ignored even if All is selected on the Select Usage Types window.
Occurrence-based discounts can include minutes-based usage types. Minutes-based calls are counted as one occurrence per call.
Wildcard characters can be entered in the Name field, but they cannot be entered in the Usage Type ID field (it must be an exact match).
In the Discount Factors dialog, you can select more than one sequential Usage Type in Discount Factors dialog by holding down the Shift key and clicking on the first item and the last item in the group you wish to add.
In the Discount Factors dialog, you can select multiple Usage Types that are not sequential by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the individual items you want to add.
In the Discount Factors dialog, you can also quickly select a Usage Type by double-clicking it.
To remove a Usage Type(s), select the desired type and click Remove.
