POS Back Office Inventory Search lets you find information about your inventory.
From the Applications menu, select POS Back Office > Inventory Search. This displays the Inventory Search form.
Enter the search criteria.
Click Search. This displays the Inventory Search Results form.
Outbound is the sum of the Requested and Reserved quantities waiting to be sent out.
Negative Count is the number of items that have not been Received, but have been sold or transferred out.
Note
If you selected Show Serial Number Detail, the Inventory Search Results for Serial Number Detail form is displayed. See Viewing Serialized Detail.
The available sub-menu actions from the Inventory Search Results window depend on the item selected.
If the item is not serialized, View Cost History is available and opens the Inventory Cost History window.
